4月24日 Never too early to talk about air conditioning....On a damp, cool late April day, P & C Heating comes onboard to install the A/C.....
....meanwhile, Team Jodice is finishing up the trim work outside. 4月20日 That's a lot of concrete!After JC rolled out the radiant tubing, I made the connections & pressurized the system with 50 psi of air. 12 hours later, the system was at 49.5 psi. ...half a pound due to the cooling of the air, ...I'll take it! We're ready for the concrete.
Meanwhile, Team Jodice continues on the siding & new deck!
4月6日 Let's gussy up the front too!!What the heck! ...might as well throw some money at the front of the house too!!  4月5日 Bye, bye, yucky kitchen!Just when we thought the house couldn't get any smaller, out goes the kitchen! .....only 4 to 6 weeks 'till the new cabinets arrive. *sigh* As a parallel task, the new entryway in the basement was cut in the south foundation wall. If you've never experienced that, the end result is similar to a small nuclear weapon detonating inside your house, ...a mushroom cloud of dust! Despite the gallant efforts of Team Jodice, that dust got everywhere!!4月4日 Batten Down The Hatches!After coming off of what could be one of the driest months of March ever, Team Jodice buttons up the addition as some much needed rainfall is expected over the next couple of days.
So far, this project has experienced little or no weather delays to date. |
